FirstCarolinaCare Insurance Company is a locally based North Carolina insurance company offering employer group and Medicare Advantage coverage. FirstCarolinaCare Insurance Company (FCC) was formed in 1999 by FirstHealth of the Carolinas, a 501(c)(3) hospital system headquartered in Moore County, North Carolina. FCC began offering FirstMedicare Direct Medicare Advantage-Prescription Drug plans in 2013.
FirstCarolinaCare markets to groups located throughout most of North Carolina. We offer our Medicare Advantage plans in several North Carolina counties. We are happy to work with agents and brokers who are appropriately licensed by the North Carolina Department of Insurance. We’ll work with you, your clients and their employees, educating and encouraging them to take a more active role in their healthcare coverage.
